Expert: Manny Castro received his BS in Health Education/Exercise Physiology and Ahtletic Training from Florida International University. He completed several internships in cardiac rehab and strength and conditioning in athletic and hospital settings. He coaches in multiple specialties, including weight management, sports training and exercise for special populations. He is the former owner of HeartsFit, Inc., which was dedicated to the improvement and maintenance of health through fitness initiatives. At HeartsFit, he educated and trained the elderly, athletes and a variety of differing populations. Most recently, he managed a fitness program in a corporate setting for more than three years.
