Confuse your Muscles for Optimal Growth

Confusion brings growth to you intellectually as well as spiritually and physically. When we feel confused, we adapt to find solutions at a higher level. This can also be said for our muscles. You need to confuse them if they are to grow in the long run.
Initially, any type of workout will cause a training effect that will stimulate the muscle and cause it to grow. As you continue to work out, the muscles, attempt to go in survival mode and adapt to the exercise routine which limits your ability to break down the muscle to make it grow. Isn’t that a kicker!
As you grow in your workouts and become more advanced in your fitness goals, you want to change your routines and exercises each workout to confuse the muscle that is attempting to adapt to your workouts. This will produce an increased training effect and will make those stubborn muscles grow.
