Exercising Impacts Your Life


There are many reasons to exercise, but the reason that I exercise is to help me to remain disciplined in my life.  The disciplined lifestyle carries over to work, family and recreation.  By following a structured approach to how we manage our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, we become a better husband, wife, co-worker, bodybuilder, or spiritual leader. 

 You cannot fake fitness and exercise.  The evidence is written on your body and the way that you conduct yourself at work, home, and in the community.  Take time out to evaluate your level of discipline and dediction to the parts of your life that sustains you physically, mentally, and spiritually.  I bet that you could improve your approaches and dedications in these areas.  What is the worst that can happen if you refocus in these areas.  You might gain more muscle, friends, and a happy family!
